Our incredible runners are taking on the TCS London Marathon to raise vital funds for Ability Bow.

We're a local charity supporting disabled people and those living with long-term health conditions to exercise in our fully accessible, specialist gym. With our help, lives are transformed—people grow stronger, improve their health, and build resilience through regular, tailored exercise.

Not all gyms are accessible. Many of the people we support are unable to use mainstream gyms due to mobility challenges or health conditions. That’s why we’re here: to fill the gap in provision and champion the belief that the life-changing benefits of exercise should be available to everyone, regardless of ability.
