Ambitious about Autism

Ambitious about Autism

I am running the London Marathon in support of Ambitious about Autism. The charity was founded in 1997 by a group of parents determined to improve education opportunities for their children. This pioneering spirit has remained at the heart of the organisation as it has evolved and grown into the national charity standing with autistic children and young people.

A suspected 1 in 100 people in the UK are autistic. Ambitious about Autism believes that every autistic child and young person has the right to be themselves and to realise their ambitions. Today, the charity runs several specialist schools and colleges and national employment and youth programmes for autistic young people up to the age of 25.

Thank you for your support!
