We can all face problems that seem complicated or intimidating. At Citizens Advice in North & West Kent we believe no one should have to face these problems without good quality, independent advice.

That’s why we’re here: to give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problems. Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face.

We are an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales. Our offices are in Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, and Tunbridge Wells, serving a population of more than 600,000.

People come to us with all sorts of issues. You may have money, benefit, housing, immigration, or employment problems. You may be facing a crisis, or just considering your options. We offer free, independent, impartial advice for whatever problems you may be facing.
