In emergency situations, every second counts. When time is of the essence and a critically ill or injured patient needs immediate care, getting them to a hospital quickly can mean the difference between life and death. This is where the County Air Ambulance Trust HELP Appeal, the only charity in the country dedicated to funding NHS hospital helipads, steps in to play a crucial role in saving lives.

Since its creation in 2009, the charity has funded over 55 new and upgraded helipads, facilitating over 29,000 emergency landings. With over 50 helipad projects in the pipeline, the charity is in urgent need of your support to continue its important work, which also includes the funding of critical care cars, medical equipment and PPE for air ambulance charities and volunteer emergency clinicians across the country.
