2026 marks an exciting milestone for ECHO as we have secured 12 places in the world-renowned London Marathon.

The London Marathon is not only a fantastic event to participate in, but it also provides a vital opportunity for us to raise essential funds to support children and young people with heart conditions, along with their siblings and families.

ECHO supports families affected by children’s heart conditions treated by Evelina London, Royal Brompton & Harefield & their networks of specialist local hospitals, offering practical & emotional support throughout their journey, welcoming them to a community of shared experience & understanding.
