Mind Mosaic

Jonny is running for MindMosaic Counselling & Therapy

About MindMosaic Counselling & Therapy, and why I'm running.

MindMosaic was founded in 2012 to address a vital need throughout Inverclyde and Scotland.

We believe in the transformative power of counselling to create lasting change – encouraging personal growth, improving relationships and getting lives back on track.

Our core services – psychotherapy, trauma therapy, and perinatal counselling – offer a lifeline to families and individuals. We also offer various support groups and activities designed to guide people on their wellbeing journey.

For professionals and organisations, we deliver specialist training that strengthens professional practice, supports aspiring counsellors, and helps make workplaces safer and more inclusive.

Our services are trauma-informed; centring on our clients emotional, psychological and physical safety. All sessions are undertaken in secure, comfortable and confidential environments.

We maintain our services through grant funding, partnerships, and generous donations. Additionally, we ask clients to contribute what they can for each counselling session. All funds go directly to paying our staff and enabling us to extend our services to more people in need.

Why I'm running

I’m running the 2026 TCS London Marathon to raise funds for MindMosaic Counselling and Therapy. This charity provides crucial mental health support to individuals, community groups and organisations in Inverclyde and throughout Scotland.

As a group worker with MindMosaic, I know the hugely positive impact that this vital service plays in improving the mental health of others.

By supporting my run, you’ll be aiding MindMosaic’s mission to provide and champion high-quality mental health and counselling to individuals, families and organisations in Inverclyde and throughout Scotland.

Your support, donations and shares are appreciated so much in helping me cross the finish line and raise crucial funds for MindMosaic – a charity that means a lot to me!
