My Story

Willowbrook Hospice is a charity very close to my heart.

Both my Nan and my Great Nan had cancer, and while they didn’t make it to Willowbrook, it is where they would have gone. That thought has always stayed with me, and it made me realise just how important this hospice is to families like mine.

Willowbrook is not just about medical care. It is about dignity, compassion, and making sure people and their loved ones feel supported through the hardest times. Based in Prescot, it is our local hospice, and over the years it has cared for so many people in our community. If you live locally, chances are you know someone who has been helped by them.

Running the London Marathon felt like the perfect way to give something back. Every mile I run will be for my Nans, and for all the families who have relied or will one day rely on Willowbrook.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help Willowbrook continue their incredible work, supporting local people when they need it most.
