My Story

I'm so excited & feel super privileged to have been given the opportunity to take on the incredible challenge of completing the London Marathon!!

This is something I've always wanted to complete before I turn 40 plus those that know me will know that I've always loved pushing myself in my fitness jouney, and this is one of the biggest challenges I could set myself to date.

I'll be running as part of a charity place for FLEET (Front Line Emergency Equipment Trust) alongside my partner Darren.

Working for the NHS and serving as a firefighter, I see first-hand just how vital the equipment they provide is to our communities. Supporting FLEET means helping to ensure that frontline services have the essential tools they need to save lives - something l'm hugely passionate about.

This marathon isn't just about ticking off a huge personal goal; it's about making a real difference.

Any donation, big or small, will go a long way in supporting the incredible work FLEET does.

Thank you so much for your support β€” it means the world!

About us

The London Marathon has become an annual, inspiring and colourful fixture in the world’s sporting calendar since the inaugural race on 29 March 1981: a celebration of fun, fundraising and fancy dress.

Over the years more than a million people have completed the 26.2-mile course – which runs from Blackheath to The Mall, with a spectacular finish in front of Buckingham Palace, showcasing the very best that the capital city has to offer.

What’s more, these participants have raised over a billion pounds for charity and there have been countless amazing tales of human achievement throughout the event’s history – living up to its aim of helping participants β€˜to have fun, and provide some happiness and sense of achievement in a troubled world’.
