My Story

Pancreatic Cancer is the deadliest common cancer. The brutal reality is that diagnosis comes far too late for most people. Half of people die within three months of diagnosis.

I have lost two close relatives, my Mother and my Uncle, to Pancreatic Cancer.

I know how brutal this disease is, and how quickly it can take away the people we love.

Running for Pancreatic Cancer UK is my way of honouring their memory and doing something positive in their name, helping others facing the same journey.

The money raised will help fund world-leading research that is so urgently needed, supporting the campaigns of Pancreatic Cancer UK for meaningful change. It also means nurses can be there for families in their hardest moments.

Running has become more than exercise for me. It has helped me through loss, taught me resilience, and reminded me of my own strength. Taking on the marathon feels like a way to combine that personal journey with something much bigger, supporting a cause that truly matters.

Knowing that every pound I raise could help someone feel less alone, live longer, or have more options is incredibly motivating.

I will give it my all. I won't give up. I will cross that finish line, and with your donations, we will make a huge difference to the lives of others.

Any donation will be very much appreciated.

Thank you for your support.

Warmest wishes,
