My Story

About us

In August 2024 I started working for St Francis Hospice and quickly became aware of the fantastic work that is carried out by every staff member.  

The hospice provides unrivaled care to people who most need it, be it within the main building, in the physio rooms or at peoples home.  

Every visitor I speak with compliments the staff for making their experience at the hospice a relaxed and trouble free one. 

It fills me with great pride to be part of a very caring team, for these reasons I have decided to attempt to run my very first marathon and raise as much money to help fund the smooth running of St Francis as I can.
