My Story

I'm taking on the 2026 London Marathon for ZSL, to raise money to save endangered wildlife.

Animals across the world are facing extinction. From cheetah's in Africa to hazel dormice in Britain, ZSL's work protecting vulnerable wildlife spans the globe.

ZSL is an international conservation charity, driven by science, working every day to restore wildlife in London and Whipsnade Zoos, in the UK and around the world. The work ranges from endangered species breeding programmes in the zoos to helping stop the illegal wildlife trade globally. ZSL are a powerful movement of conservationists, working together to save animals on the brink of extinction and those who could be next.

Over the past year I have worked for ZSL at both London and Whipsnade Zoo and have been so inspired by the passion and dedication that spans across the organisation. Many people don't realise that ZSL isn't just a zoo but is a global conservation charity, active in over 70 countries across the globe, working to protect wildlife and habitats.

Without charities like ZSL, the loss of species and habitats would be rising at a faster rate.  By supporting me and donating on my page, you are helping ZSL to carry out vital work for wildlife recovery, thank you.
