The Herts MS Therapy Centre in Letchworth has been providing Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and support for almost 40 years. They help people living with MS, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, cancer, Long Covid and other long-term conditions. Their work makes a real difference to people’s day-to-day lives, and they rely heavily on fundraising to keep these therapies accessible.
I’ve worked with the Centre for several years so I’ve seen firsthand the positive impact they have on the community.
This year, I’m taking on my first ever marathon, the London Marathon, to help them continue this vital work. I’ve run half marathons and taken on big challenges before, but 26.2 miles is a completely new level for me.
