My Story

Mental health touches all of us. 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem each year, yet far too many still don’t get the help and respect they deserve.

For me, this is personal. In recent years I've had to stand by feeling somewhat helpless watching my partner face her own mental Health battle, I am so grateful for the people at Mind that provided so much support. Their work genuinely makes a difference — not just in offering practical help, but in making sure people know they’re not alone.

That’s why I’m running the 2026 London Marathon for Mind. It’s my way of giving back, saying thank you, and standing alongside everyone who’s ever struggled in silence.

By supporting me, you’ll be helping Mind continue their vital work:

  • Changing minds — breaking down stigma and making mental health an everyday priority.

  • Supporting people — providing advice, resources, and local services when they’re needed most.

  • Fighting for justice — so that mental health is treated fairly in healthcare, at work, and across society.

I’ve set myself the huge challenge of raising £2,500 alongside months of marathon training — but every mile and every donation will be worth it.

If you can, please support me and help Mind continue to be there for anyone facing a mental health challenge. Together, we can make a difference. 💙
