Support Kidney Care UK for Reggie

In March 2025, our beautiful son Reggie was diagnosed with CKD5, complete kidney failure at just 5 months old. Since then, life has changed in ways I could never have imagined. Reggie’s already faced more than most do in a lifetime, and before he turns one, both of his kidneys will be removed. He’ll then be on peritoneal dialysis while he waits until he's 3 or 4 years old, for the day he’s ready for a transplant.

Kidney Care UK, along with Great Ormond Street Charity, have been there for us every step of the way. From providing accommodation during Reggie’s five-week hospital stay to giving us meal tokens and travel grants, their support has genuinely helped us get through the darkest moments.

As Reggie’s dad, I’m more motivated than ever to do something meaningful, and that’s why I’ve committed to running the London Marathon in 2026. It’ll be my first marathon, and I’m giving it everything I’ve got to raise as much money as possible for Kidney Care UK, so they can continue helping families like ours.
