I'm running the 2026 London Marathon in memory of my sister, Daisy.

My Story
I am proud to be running the 2026 TCS London Marathon with Young Lives vs Cancer to ensure no child faces cancer alone.
On 21st December 2023 my youngest sister, Daisy, passed away following a three year battle with cancer. Although she beat it twice, heartbreakingly we lost her when it returned for a third time, despite incredibly intense treatment. She was and remains the most courageous person I have ever met, and always had a smile on her face.
It's been 20 months, and there's still not a day that goes by when Daisy is not on my mind, but I'm blessed to be surrounded by a strong, loving family and incredibly supportive friends, so all I can do is keep her memory alive through fundraising for charities like Young Lives Vs. Cancer.
I'll be honest - I'm a bit scared about what's ahead of me. Last year I ran the Royal Parks Half Marathon to raise money for Cancer Research UK (thank you once again if you donated) and thought that was my limit, but with Daisy as my inspiration, and the hope that the money I raise will make a difference to other families, I know I can do this.
By sponsoring me, your contribution will make a huge difference to the lives of children and young people with cancer. I know life is expensive, but if you're able to donate it would be hugely appreciated (and would really guilt trip me into putting the beer down and putting the running shoes on, truth be told).
Every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. Young Lives vs Cancer helps families find the strength to face everything cancer throws at them. We'll face it all together - but we can't do it without you.
