My Story

About us

I’m incredibly proud to be running my first London Marathon this year in support of VSA, a charity that does life-changing work for vulnerable children, adults, and families across Aberdeen and the north-east of Scotland. VSA provides vital care, support and opportunities that help people live fuller, more independent lives. Their work reaches into so many corners of the community and I’m pleased to play a small part in supporting their mission alongside my Claxton colleagues.

I was inspired to run the marathon by my Mum, who competed in many marathons throughout her life. She passed away last year and being able to run a marathon she once completed makes this extra special.

Any donation, big or small, will go directly towards supporting VSA’s work and would mean a great deal. Thank you for your support.
