My Story

I’m David Wright from Kent I started my life in care from the age of 5 and been from pillar to post across the uk at the age of 16 I was in foster care till the age of 36 due to being unsure about my life alone from November 2020 I made that decision to go independent and 10 months after I decided to take on running marathons to help with my mental health and anxiety and depression and joining a gym to help me focus better and make me feel more confident living with my disabilities

As a person with disabilities myself I find the government not doing enough to address and tackle and support the disabled people as we seem to be targeted as villains and we should be treated just the same as everyone else

I support the idea that people with disabilities can make their own decisions about living, working, and interacting with the surrounding community

With you help and support we can tackle with the government to support people with disabilities and other mental health issues
