My Story
Hi, I'm running the London Marathon on the 26th April 2026 to support the vital services provided by Shelter and if your able to, I'd be incredibly grateful for your support through a donation.
The first time I ran the London Marathon it was for Shelter, twenty one years ago in 2005. During that time I was working for Adullam Homes at the Bethany Project in Bury Greater Manchester. It is a vital supported housing scheme for ex-offenders, those recovering from drug and alcohol abuse and people who are homeless.
The housing crisis continues today and is a national emergency and right now, millions of people are trying to get by without a safe place to call home.
The London Marathons is a huge challenge but so is the fight against the housing emergency. The more people that know about Shelter the greater the impact will be.
Please spread the word by sharing my page far and wide, with your friends, family, colleagues and as many people as you can reach.
'A Home is Everything' so be inspired by the Phil Collins song Another Day in Paradise. Thank you in advance for all your kind donations!
