My Story

In April 2026, I’ll be taking on the London Marathon in full football kit. This is not just a personal challenge, but an official Guinness World Record attempt for the fastest female to run a marathon dressed in a football kit.

I’ll be proudly wearing the Winton Wanderers kit, representing the grassroots club at the heart of our community. Winton Wanderers do incredible work supporting local people of all ages to get active, feel part of something, and build confidence through sport.Alongside this, I’m also fundraising for Mind in Salford, a charity that provides advocacy, welfare rights & debt advice, counselling, LGBTIA+ services, peer support, community awareness & training. Mental health affects every one of us, and the demand for compassionate, accessible support has never been greater.

By taking on this marathon and World Record attempt, I hope to shine a light on the importance of community, wellbeing, and the power of staying active, all while raising funds for two causes that make a real difference locally.

Any support, big or small, means the world. Thank you for helping me make every mile count.
