My Story

About us

As a Trustee of HAD, Havering Adults with disabilities i have first hand seen the damage done by Havering Council from taking away essential funding. Thus meaning the only way HAD survives is by fund raising and donations, It means every penny I raise goes directly to supporting the running of this small, special charity in the heart of Hornchurch, Essex.

I am no means a runner and this is a significant challenge for me but i have the opportunity to run the London Marathon that none of the HAD members would have, so i am doing it for those that cant and for those that need the safe space and services that HAD provides.
