My Story
Hi all,
On Sunday 26th April 2026 I will be running the TCS London Marathon. I have chosen to run and raising money for Kidney Research.
In the UK there are approximately 7.2 million people living with kidney disease, that’s more than 10% of the entire population, only research can change this.
I’m asking you, if you can, to please dig deep. Every donation, no matter the size, helps to fund vital research that gives people more tomorrows. More birthdays. More time with the people they love.
The money I raise means they can fund vital research to transform treatments, give hope and a brighter future to everyone affected by kidney disease. Kidney disease ends here.
Please support me and Kidney Research UK and help me turn this race into something truly meaningful.
Thank you for your support!! 🏃♂️🏃♂️
About us
The London Marathon has become an annual, inspiring and colourful fixture in the world’s sporting calendar since the inaugural race on 29 March 1981: a celebration of fun, fundraising and fancy dress.
Over the years more than a million people have completed the 26.2-mile course – which runs from Blackheath to The Mall, with a spectacular finish in front of Buckingham Palace, showcasing the very best that the capital city has to offer.
What’s more, these participants have raised over a billion pounds for charity and there have been countless amazing tales of human achievement throughout the event’s history – living up to its aim of helping participants ‘to have fun, and provide some happiness and sense of achievement in a troubled world’.
