My Story
Having worked closely with Mark, Dasz, Jon and the wider KPF team for the past five years, I’ve seen first-hand the extraordinary impact they have on young people.
At a time when young people in this country have never needed more support, organisations like the Kiyan Prince Foundation are vital in helping them realise their potential.
2026 marks the 20th anniversary of Kiyan’s death. Kiyan was just a few months older than me – we would have been in the same school year – so as I turn 35, I want to do my bit to support this remarkable organisation.
In May 2006, Kiyan was tragically stabbed while trying to break up a fight outside his school. He was just 15. A talented footballer on the books of QPR and admired by teachers, coaches and peers alike, his life was taken in an instant.
In his honour, Mark founded the Kiyan Prince Foundation to help young people recognise their value, make better choices, and avoid the paths that can lead to tragedy.
Today, KPF runs community-based programmes that mentor and support young people, many from extremely challenging circumstances. It is a small charity with an impact far greater than its size.
Every donation helps KPF reach more young people. Thank you for giving – your support could genuinely change a life.
