My Story

I am running the 2026 London Marathon on behalf of the Worshipful Company of Pattenmakers, for whom I’ve been a Liveryman since 2007 by way of my family history in shoemaking (Buckingham Palace Coachman’s shoes in the early c.20th!).

The Pattenmakers Company Charitable Foundation supports several amazing charitable causes such as I Choose Freedom which supports survivors of domestic abuse; St Mary-le-Bow Young Homeless Charity which provides accommodation for people between the ages of 19-25 in central London; as well as The Pattenmakers The Charitable Foundation itself which offers various training and education causes within the Footwear and Facilities Management sectors.
