My Story
This year I’m taking on the challenge of running the London Marathon in support of the Joshua Hayday Helping Hand Trust, a charity that provides vital support to families with children who have life-limiting conditions.
As a paediatric speech and language therapist working in the NHS, I see firsthand the strength and resilience of families caring for their children, and I’m thrilled to be able to give back in another meaningful way.
Everyone who donates will be entered into a prize draw to win some delicious New Zealand chocolate and treats – my little way of saying thank you for your generosity.
Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference in helping this wonderful charity continue its important work!
Prize draw information:
- For every donation of £5, you’ll be automatically entered into the prize draw. For every additional £5 you donate, you will receive extra entries (e.g., donate £10 for 2 entries etc.).
- There will be spot prize winners before the final draw. There will be multiple winners for the final draw. The final prize draw will take place one week after the marathon on Sunday 3 May 2026.
- How to Claim Your Prize: You will receive an email to inform you that I have updated the comment on your donation announcing if you’ve won. Important: If you don’t contact me within one week of the draw, your prize will be redrawn.
- Prizes Include: New Zealand Whittaker’s chocolate and Kiwi treats
