My Story

Running the London Marathon 2026 for Katharine House Hospice – In Memory of Mark Redler 💙

In May 2025, I lost my incredible Dad to cancer. He will never be forgotten and will be missed not only as a Dad, but also as a Grandad, and as a husband to my amazing Mum.

Such a loving, kind and generous man who always put his family and others first. He touched so many lives with his warmth, wisdom and sense of humour.

His Solicitors' firm, Mark Redler & Co, often donated to Katharine House Hospice, and I feel honoured to be able to run for such an amazing Charity. Katharine House offered my Dad comfort, dignity, and care when he needed it most.

Now, I’m taking on the challenge of running the London Marathon 2026 in his memory, and to raise vital funds for the Hospice that helped us through the hardest time of our lives. This run is for him, and for every family who will need Katharine House in the future.

Between now and race day, I’ll be taking on extra challenges and mini-events to help boost the fundraising total—so keep an eye out and cheer me on!

Every donation, no matter how small, brings me closer to the finish line—and helps ensure Katharine House can continue to be there for others when it matters most.

Thank you so much for your support 💙
