My Story

My story

During my entire life I have been the unfit, the slow, I was bullied at school and always the last one to be picked for teams.

In 2022 I did my first ever triathlon. It was a very short super sprint and I had to walk most of the 2.5km at the end, but I finished it and I got completely hooked! Since then I have finished various sprint and olympic distance triathlons, 2 half marathons, 2 half Ironman, Ride London and Swim Serpentine.

This will be my first ever Marathon and the last step of my London Classics medal (Ride London, Swim Serpentine and London Marathon).

As you can see my journey has been one of hard work, consistency and pushing myself forward and forward. From not being able to run 2.5k to my first marathon!!

My charity 

I currently work in Mercedes F1 team as a Design Engineer. Helen & Douglas is our official charity and I started learning about the amazing work they do thanks to my job at Mercedes.

Helen & Douglas provides help to terminally ill children and their families. They help them going through the hardest moments of their lives and give smiles to those children.

Through Mercedes F1, I have been helping raised money for Helen & Douglas by doing 5k races, football charity match, I will be helping in the Brackley fireworks and a lot more to come.
