My Story

I have been fortunate enough to gain a place in the 2026 London Marathon, so on Sunday 26th April I will be running 26.2 miles through the streets of London! 🏃‍♀️🤪

I will be running the marathon to raise funds for the charity CPAS. Part of the work of CPAS are Ventures and Falcons kids holiday camps in the UK.

I've had the pleasure of volunteering as a group leader at one of these camps via my local church, and despite the hard work, packed activities schedule and lack of sleep, it was great fun and very rewarding! ☺️ 

These kids camps are affordable, safe and exciting holidays for children and young people, including those facing challenging circumstances. They give those who may not otherwise have a holiday an amazing opportunity to make friends, experience new things and have fun. Children engage in exciting, varied activities and have the chance to explore life with Jesus in a relevant and creative way.
