My Story
I’m running the London Marathon 2026 for Epilepsy Action — the only charity I ever said I’d run for.
I was born with epilepsy. My first seizure hit at ten years old — and from that moment, life changed.
Epilepsy doesn’t show on the outside, but it shapes everything: friendships, school, work, dreams, even motherhood.
It’s misunderstood, stigmatised, and too often hidden.
I’m running to change that.
To give epilepsy the voice it deserves.
To raise awareness, drive research, and make sure no child ever feels labelled or limited like I once did.
1 in 100 people live with epilepsy — it’s time we all saw them.
Every step I take is for them. Every mile is for change. 💜
