My Story

This year, I'm taking on the challenge of running the London Marathon in support of P.O.R.T - Charity dedicated to understanding, treatment and outcomes for people living with pseudo obstruction.

P.O.R.T is the only UK Charity funding research into CIPO/PIPO/Dysmotility . The charity is run by volunteers. It is a national charity based in Doddinghurst. I am extremely proud to be representing this amazing charity.

P.O.R.T. was formed in February 2006 by two families who have children who have died from Chronic Intestinal Pseudo-obstruction (C.I.P.O.) or are still suffering from this illness. The aim of the charity is to fund research into C.I.P.O. and raise public and professional awareness into this serious and sometimes fatal illness. With £900,000 of research and equipment funded so far, we need support to raise a minimum of £50,000 per year to fund this research.

By sponsoring me - Your helping fund vital research and give hope to people and families affected by pseudo obstruction.
Every donation, no matter the size, Helps P.O.R.T continue their essential work.

Thank you so much for taking to the time to read this, for donating if you're able, and for helping me turn this marathon into something that truly matters.
