My Story

🏃‍♀️I'm proud (and a little emotional) to share that I'll be running the London Marathon 2027 in aid of Marie Curie, a charity that means the world to me and my family.

This is in honour of my dad, who sadly passed away from cancer. On his final night, a Marie Curie nurse cared for him — and the compassion, dignity, and support she gave him (and all of us) is something I will never forget. 

Now, I want to give something back - to help make sure more families get that same incredible care when they need it most.

Every donation, big or small, will make a difference and go directly towards funding Marie Curie's vital work supporting people living with terminal illness and their loved ones. 💛

Every five minutes, someone dies without the end of life care they need. 

Marie Curie wants to fix that, and so do I.

By being the official Charity of the Year for the 2027 TCS London Marathon, Marie Curie has a chance to give more people the best possible end of life care. And step, by step #TeamMarieCurie are doing this together.

My race is on. I am running to support the nurses, to reach that finish line.

Whatever the illness, Marie Curie is with you to the end.
