My Story
This year I’m taking on the incredible challenge of the London Marathon in honour of someone who means the world to me — my mother-like figure, Gill.
For the past 20 years, Gill has been bravely battling LAM disease (Lymphangioleiomyomatosis), a rare and progressive lung condition. Despite the daily challenges it brings, she has faced it with remarkable strength, resilience, and courage.
I’m running not only to honour Gill and the fight she has shown over the last two decades, but also to raise awareness and vital funds for research and support for those living with LAM. Every mile I run is for her — for the battles she’s fought, the strength she’s shown, and the love and guidance she’s given me.
Your support, no matter the amount, will make a real difference. By sponsoring me, you are helping to fund research, improve treatments, and offer hope to families affected by LAM.
Thank you for helping me turn 26.2 miles into something far bigger than a finish line.
