My Story

About us

My father, Charles Harrison, played golf from an early age, representing his county at the age of fifteen.

He captained the university golf team while at Cambridge, and continued to enjoy representing his university as a member of the Oxford and Cambridge golfing  Society.

Following his retirement in 2007, he became Chairman of the Golf Foundation, an appointment which he embraced enthusiastically, applauding the opportunity for young people to gain easier access to the game.

My father died suddenly in 2022 and I am honoured to have the opportunity to run in the London marathon in April, 2026 , in his memory. He would certainly applaud my endeavour to raise money for the charity for which he was so passionate.

I would very much welcome your support.
