My Story
About me and why I am fundraising for the Neuro Therapy Centre
Hi, I’m Mark, a physiotherapist proudly working at the Neuro Therapy Centre (NTC) since January 2023, alongside my roles in the NHS and private practice. But my journey with NTC started even earlier, back in January 2022, when I was a final year student on placement. That experience changed everything.
From day one, I saw just how vital this centre is not only for people living with neurological conditions, but also for the caregivers who support them. The NTC isn’t just a facility. It’s a lifeline. It’s a community. It’s a place of hope, progress, and connection.
And it’s growing stronger every day. The transformation since my first visit has been nothing short of incredible! You will see great facilities, a buzzing atmosphere, and a real sense of belonging. But none of this happens without your support.
Last year, I ran the Chester Marathon to raise funds for NTC. It was tough, but worth every step. And now, I’m back because the need hasn’t gone away. In fact, it’s more urgent than ever.
Let’s Keep the Momentum Going!
We can’t afford to sit back and admire past efforts. We need to push forward. Every pound raised helps ensure our amazing service users continue to receive the care, therapy, and support they deserve.
If you’ve ever seen the impact of neurological conditions or the strength it takes to live with them, you’ll know how important this is.
Be Part of Something Powerful
Your donation isn’t just money. It’s:
• A therapy session that helps someone walk again.
• A support group that gives a caregiver strength.
• A community that reminds people they’re not alone.
Please help me reach my fundraising target. It would mean the world to me and even more to the people we serve.
Thank you for believing in this mission. Let’s make a difference, together.
Diolch!
Mark
