My Story

Cancer has been a part of my family’s life for all of my 33 years.

My dad has lived with Mycosis Fungoides since he was 29, and at 63, he’s still undergoing treatment. He’s the reason I chose to take on this marathon.
I wanted to do something that could help kick cancer’s butt, because let’s face it, it’s taken far too much from far too many people.

I’ll also be running in loving memory of my Papou/Grandad Savva, who was sadly taken at 59, our beautiful friend Michael, who was just 20, lovely Papou/Grandad Chris, who was 86. 

I will also be running for my two amazing uncles, both named Chris, and my wonderful mother-in-law, Maria who have beaten cancer.

There are so many important people in my life who I’m doing this for, and I really hope I can reach and even surpass my fundraising target to help support ongoing cancer research.
