I am taking on the TCS London Marathon in April 2026, to support Tenovus Cancer Care and all those affected by cancer.

In November 2024, my sisters best friend's mum, Ali, was diagnosed with an extremely rare form of melanoma in her eyes. Upon further investigation, she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastic Melanoma in the vitreous, eyes and brain. Despite everyone's best efforts, Ali very sadly passed away in September at the age of just 63. Throughout the whole period, since diagnosis and ever since, Tenovus have been on hand to offer practical support, counselling and advice to not just Ali but the whole family and their support has been invaluable. We chose Tenovus as they have been such a great help during this challenging time. 

Tenovus Cancer Care understands what it is to live with cancer and how it affects family and friends too. Every 30 minutes someone in Wales is diagnosed with cancer and Tenovus Cancer Care will support 10% of them, but they want to be there for many more. Which is why I am taking on the TCS London Marathon as part of Team Tenovus Cancer Care.
