My Story

 I was fortunate to secure a place in the 2026 London Marathon on Sunday 26th April 2026.  It'll be my first ever Marathon, and a tremendous challenge, and I am using this opportunity to raise money for a charity close to mine and my family's hearts - Campden House Nursing.

Campden Home Nursing provides many services including end-of-life nursing care at home, bereavement counselling, bereavement support groups, play therapy for bereaved children, well being support and relaxation sessions.

The charity was amazing when my wonderful mother-in-law was poorly in 2023.  The support of the charity meant that she was able to spend her final days and weeks at home with her family.  Without the charity's support she would not have had that opportunity and the whole family will be forever grateful for the help of the Campden Home Nursing that allowed Bernadette to pass away peacefully at home.
