Children with Cancer UK

I'm running a marathon to support a family who mean a lot to me.

My Story

Keeley, one of my closest friends from university, and her husband Joe received the news that all parents never want to hear-their young son Joshua had been diagnosed with neuroblastoma.

Their world was turned upside down overnight and they have been through so much-hospital visits and extended stays, treatments and the severe side effects that result, time off work, travel costs, and the massive emotional toll that comes with it all.

This is why myself and my younger brother Josh are running the London marathon in April 2026, to raise money for Children With Cancer UK to help other children and their families who receive such devastating news.  They do vital work supporting children and families through diagnosis, treatment and recovery.  It will be very emotional running with the Ridge family in our hearts and minds, but we hope we can make a small difference so whatever you can donate will be massively appreciated.
