My Story

I am really pleased to be running the London Marathon on behalf of The Whitechapel Centre in Liverpool. 

I hope to raise over £3000 which will all go to the centre.  As someone who lived and worked in the city centre, I can see the problem we have with the number people who have sadly found themselves homeless.  But I also see the great positive work that The Whitechapel Centre do in tackling the issue and giving people a chance to move forward with their lives.

I have worked with the centre before in fundrasing and I know they are grateful of all donations.  I would love if you could donate a little and help me achieve my target - I know the thought of running for a worthy cause like this will help me when I hit the 20 mile wall!

So my cheeky request is to ask that if you have ever had your photo taken with the wings, you owe me £1 - and that pound can be donated here so your fee goes directly to a good cause! ;-D
