My Story

This time its personal....

Like really F**king personal...

Very recently, I lost my amazing father in law, Ralph (Gramps), who passed after fighting cancer for as long as he could.

His Funeral is the day after this marathon - it doesnt get more personal 

Until you see the devastation this causes, not just to those it attacks, but to everyone they love and everyone who leves, all around them. Family, friends, you name it.

WIll there ever be a cure - I doubt it - this isnt about that. 

This money supports those in huge need of extra support and the wrap around services that help. Councelling, alternative therapies. Care. Compassion, so many other things.

This money isnt for me, its for people you may never meet. But one day, you, or someone you love, may just need the generosity of those people who donate, to help you when you need it most, but darent even think it.

One of the best events I could ever wish to attend and compete in and im blessed that this is my 3rd time (and wont be the last)
