My Story
I ran the Brighton Marathon in April 2025 and raised money for Cancer Research UK - as my wife had been diagnosed with Breast Cancer just the year before. Although I had felt useless at many times during my wife's battle (not knowing what to say or how to help) - I kept running to try and make myself useful in anyway I could.
Being a Cancer Thriver's husband - I know the power of being active and doing all you can to remain of use, in any way possible.
So, when I read Paul and Lesley's story about their daughter Chloe losing her battle in 2007 (at the age of only 14), I was heartbroken by what they had to say - but overwhelming amazed at everything they have done in setting up the Chloe Bigmore Trust. They have been incredible - renovating wards, providing vital equipment and supporting projects to help provide for parents and children going through some truly horrendous ordeals.
Their story and continued effort is an inspiration, so please consider supporting me to raise an amazing sum. You will make a huge difference with every penny.
Thank you !!!
