My Story

I was so inspired by our friend running her first marathon last year that I have decided to run my first in my 50th year and am delighted to have secured a place in London 2026.
My chosen charity is ME research UK.

Our family is acutely aware of how debilitating this illness is and how it can impact sufferers lives as we have seen first hand. 
With such an illness there is a need to spread awareness of this sometimes misunderstood condition and this is such a great way to do this by running the London Marathon for the first time!
