My Story

I’m running the London Marathon for Neuro Therapy Network, a charity doing brilliant work to support people living with neurological conditions across the UK. Through the Neuro Therapy Network, they help 45 local therapy centres offer practical therapies, guidance, community and real day-to-day support for people and their families affected by conditions like Parkinson’s, MS, stroke and dementia. This feels especially close to home for me, with members of my family affected by neurological and spinal conditions — so I’ve seen just how valuable this kind of support can be.
