My Story

Hey! I'm Rob, a 36-year-old journalist with a gammy toe, and I'm running the London Marathon for the first time in 2026.

Last year, I co-produced a podcast which featured a conversation that has really stayed with me. It was between Alice's parents and Hannah, whose story we followed in podcast. Together, they shared the devastating impact stalking has had on their lives. Since Alice's murder, her parents set up The Alice Ruggles Trust to help young people better understand stalking, the risks, and what they can do about it. 

Hannah and Alice were at the same school, which gives you an idea just how shockingly common this problem is. I know it would mean a lot to  everyone involved in our podcast if you could support their important work.
