My Story
I’m fundraising for Dementia UK by running the TCS London Marathon 2026 because dementia has deeply affected my family. My Nana, Gumpus, and Papa all lived with dementia, and witnessing how it changed their lives was heartbreaking. Dementia doesn’t just affect those who have it – it impacts their families and loved ones too. By running for Dementia UK, I want to honour their memory, raise awareness, and support the specialist nurses who provide vital care and guidance to families going through the same challenges we faced.
