My Story

I am so excited to have been chosen to be part of The British Heart Foundation Team. It has taken me on and off about 25 years of applying to run the London Marathon so to have been given a place means so much to me.

For those of you that know me and my family you will know why The British Heart Foundation is my chosen charity. 

The British Heart Foundation not only funds research and development into heart and circulatory diseases in the UK and Europe but also provides information and support to patients and families. They also campaign for a healthier world by actively campaigning for policies and initiatives that promote heart health, raising awareness about heart and circulatory diseases and the importance of prevention.
