Simon Rance
My Story
I am delighted to be running the 2026 London Marathon for a fantastic charity, the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre.
The Berkshire MS Therapy Centre supports local people to manage their Multiple Sclerosis with treatments not available elsewhere and is a space where those with the condition have a chance to meet and support one other.
In amongst their great work, the centre has been exceptional in supporting my wife, Rosie Rance, in many ways over the years since her diagnosis. In running, I hope that I can give a little back for the help it has given to her, as well as to us all as a family.
They need our help!
The centre has no funding from the NHS and will provide over 15,000 treatments supporting over 350 local families this year. There is no cure for MS but the awesome support from the Centre makes a real difference.
I am taking on the London Marathon on Sunday 26 April 2026 and I'll be covering 100s of miles in my training.
Every donation will make a real difference to this small, local charity and the people they support. I know times are tough, but to steal a phrase, every little helps.

Thank you so much for your support.
