My Story

Hi everyone!

I’m Sophie, and in April 2026 I’ll be lacing up to take on the London Marathon. It’s an enormous personal challenge, and one I’m so excited to tackle while fundraising for Future Living!

Future Living are a charity very local to me, based in Hertford, Hertfordshire. They offer a range of transformative services to survivors of domestic abuse, including counselling services and empowerment programmes. 

Future Living also support children and young people through creative therapies, and offer counselling to children to help them deal with issues like family change, trauma and school stresses.

Every mile I run will help support their amazing work in supporting women, men and children from my local community to live full and complete lives after domestic abuse, and I’d love your encouragement along the way! 🏃‍♀️🎽💗
