My Story

I am fundraising for Mind in West Essex because I think it's an incredible charity and is at the heart of of my achievements, sadness and grief. I not only work in Children's mental health and have done for many years, but it has touched me very personally with the hearwrenching loss of my Sister.

i have overcome physical challenges too with having both my big toes fused due to debilitating arthritis and told "you'll never run again " ( I love a challenge 😉) and also diagnosed with a connective tissue disease.

But my mantra is "never settle for the path of least resistance " ( thanks Ronan)

im determined to raise as much as I can for this incredible cause helping people with their mental health in my local community. Please help any way you can 🙏
