My Story

In April 2026, I will be carefully lacing up my trainers and stuffing my pockets with energy gels to run 26.2 miles through London. I am running the 2026 TCS London Marathon to raise vital funds for Children with Cancer UK; a charity whose vision is a world where every child and young person survives cancer.

I was fortunate enough to run the 2023 London Marathon through a Team Lucozade space- the experience was one I will always treasure. However, once the race had finished, I couldn't help but feel slightly strange watching others not only celebrate finishing their marathon with the personal battles that creates, but also watching them celebrate the incredible sums they had raised as part of the event to help improve the lives of others.

Ever since then it has been a personal goal of mine to not only run again, but to do it for others as well as for myself. I am very grateful for the opportunity to achieve this by representing Children with Cancer UK in 2026. I hope to do the charity, and their amazing work, proud.
