My dad suffered a heart attack in December 2023. He had to have triple bypass surgery and extensive rehabilitation, but lived to tell the tale. In the year that I turn 40, I am running the London Marathon 2026 (and other half marathons) for him and to support British Heart Foundation's vital work and research which gives families longer with their loved ones.
